Founder Tamara Crump has secured over 2 million dollars in grant funds, supported economic development initiatives and helped strengthen nonprofit organizations through strategic planning, board and fund development. 

 

Tamara holds a Bachelors in Sociology & Spanish from Bryn Mawr College, a Masters in Organizational Dynamics with a certificate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, and a certificate in Equitable Community Change from Cornell University. She is also a member of the Grant Professionals Association.​
